A large pair of 19th century handwrought iron Gothic fireplace andirons firedogs. This pair are completely wrought by hand out of very thick iron and have a dark black finish, crafted with swirled legs and shafts with beautifully wrought floral style finials. Each has a long wrought firedog leg in the back and have acquired a nice patina from age.
