A Bouquet of Carnations and fruit still life, 19th century. The painting displays a setting of a desk, with vibrant pink, cherry and white carnations in a vase depicting two angels. On the bottom right are bunches of grapes on the vine, and bottom left a leather book. The colours have aged beautifully to create an extraordinary display suitable with all interior. The painting comes with the original back and a large gold gilded carved frame.
